I waited about 25 minutes just to be able to order. One of the ladies who was working the front kept asking the employees what time it was, and then she disappeared, leaving one employee by himself while there were at least 15 people in line. No one was helping him, and they were running out of several items.

Worst organization I have ever seen in my life
Long wait times, staff was too busy playing around and had no sense of urgency. The one person who helped us, barely put the burrito together. The food fell right out becuase they did such a bad job wrapping it. Skip this location. Not worth paying the inflated price.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a restaurant where the food is described as good, solid, fresh, and made with quality ingredients, though some found it very mediocre. The chicken asada and other protein options are not free, and one customer wanted more chicken in the bowl instead of just 3 pieces. Service can be slow. One location had a wait of at least 30 minutes with 5-6 customers ahead and 1 employee making food on the line while everyone else chopped stuff or walked around. Another visit was crazy busy around 630pm, but the team's effort was amazing and the food was pleasing. A newer location was poorly managed, with dirty tables and floors, an unclean drink area, a team that seemed disrespectful to one another, and a Manager who didn't seem to address any of it. Customers had to clean their own table and sat with chips all over the floor. One location just opened a few days ago and had a long line. The wait was long enough for a couple to talk about things and settle quarrels, and they agreed the food is very mediocre, finally agreeing on something after years together.
