“I normally don’t write reviews, but felt the need to get on here to give some kudos to the service at this location. Yesterday I witnessed two young women (likely high school age) run the entire store on their own. I’ve been to many tropical smoothie locations and have never seen one experience such a rush of customers at one time as I did yesterday. After talking to the staff, I found out that they were supposed to have three team members that day, but one didn’t make it in that morning. Both ladies handled the store and their responsibilities to the best of their abilities and did so while being respectful to customers like myself. I didn’t catch the employee’s names, but I was there around noon on Saturday!“
