Waited 45 min for them to open - they had a sign saying would open at 5pm, so we waited and finally opened at 5:45p to come to find out they were sold out of turkey and bread. Would have been the first time eating there but since sold out of what we were wanting and waited 45 min for, we left. And then found out their brisket comes from Tenders anyway. Nashville hot chicken was so burnt we could not eat it, and wagyu burger was burnt.
There was no Manager present so the person who claimed to be next in line came over she replied “what do you want me to do about it, burnt chicken happens sometimes, depends on the cut”
Very disappointing eaten there so many times never eaten food this terrible and service was atrocious.
While we were very happy with the flavor of our food, we were a little disappointed with the way the manager handled an issue with our order. I will admit that a portion of it was an error on my side with the online order. I marked “no onion” assuming it meant on the entree since it was listed with it. I also marked “fries”.
