So my family and I decide to eat at our local McDonalds at 25666 Northwest Fwy, Cypress, TX 77429. Upon arriving and placing the order using the Kiosk (an entering the table locator), the food was never delivered. 30 mins later and after talking to the lady on the desk, she just replied “we don’t do that anymore”… seriously?

Just went there like 5 minutes ago. I paid for an order that was missing food and the fries were greasy and half cooked and my drink was a tropic Sprite and I got water! Then I didnt even get my fries for my order. So disgusted I didnt even want to go back and fix it I just left . The order was taken right according to the receipt but still wrong! Never going back!!!
