Too small of a burgers.
This burger king has been put of ketchup in the WHOLE store the last three times I've gone. How in the world does a hamburger place not have ketchup? The people are friendlier than dairy queen, the this location has exceptionally bad management.

I stopped by this morning at the drive thru and was attempting to order. The man inside had me repeat my order several times either because he was having trouble hearing me or understanding me. So, after repeating myself multiple times, I raised my voice in an attempt to make it easier for him to hear me. At this point, I assume it made him upset. He made a couple of condescending remarks regarding the fact that I raised my voice. At this point, I decided it was best for me to leave and avoid any further frustration for myself or the employee. At this point, I put my truck into drive and proceeded to drive away, but on my way past the window, the guy hung out of the window cursing me and shooting the middle finger. I will do my best to get in touch with corporate BK and let them know and you can bet your last dollar I will NEVER spend another cent in a burger King EVER again. If I could give negative stars, they would get 10 negative ones for this mornings interaction.

We ordered through the drive thru 2 kids meals 1 cheese burger, 1 nuggets and a number 1. Received 2 cheeseburger kids meals and a number 1. Had to go inside to get order corrected. Customer service is lacking.
Walked in at 12:30 on a Wednesday. Only 2 people in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru. Now I know why. Ordered the new Mushroom and Swiss Melt Combo. Waited almost 15 minutes only to receive cold fries and literally only 2 mushroom pieces on the burger. Dirty restaurant, trash all over the floor, and urine on the bathroom floor. Do not recommend and will not return.
Quincy, Quincy, Quincy!!! You deserve an apology from those people and i hope you get it someday. If I'm ever lucky enough to visit the Great state of Texas, I will make a point to stop by to see you. I applaud your hard work and your ability to handle an unnessary situation like those three created. God bless.
I ain’t never been to this Burger King, however if I ever visit this Chappell Hill Burger King I hope Quincy is who serves me ! After watching the viral video of how polite courteous and respectful he is makes me want to visit!
Waited for a while for someone to wait on me. Food was not hot and the buns were stale.
