To the manager of this burger King. You need to give quincy a hell of a raise. That man has more patience and excellent customer service than I've ever seen.. I do not see a mean or demeaning bone in that man's body. I don't care what others have said. He deserves respect and a raise or a big bonus. Most people would absolutely argue back and be rude back to any rude or complaining customers. Not quincy. He was more than respectful even when he shouldn't of been. The world has seen what kind of man quincy is and I side with him 1,000%. Thank you!!

Mr Quincy and his staff are the best. They treat everyone with respect and Mr. Quincy is always happy to see his customers. He is often working by himself or with one other person and still handles himself very well. I think this man should be given a raise and management position for sure if he doesn’t already have one.

The food was good but I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers (part of a great $5 combo deal, but neither burger had bacon. Knocked off three stars for food not as ordered and two for service not catching the missing bacon. Place and employees were nice.

I don’t know who Quincy is, but the rating of the Burger King has clearly been skewed by some viral incident. I hadn’t had BK is years but was excited to try it after seeing it had 4.5 stars thinking it might be nostalgic to try again. I was sorely disappointed. The two orders of fries I got were cold. Not room temp like they’d been sitting. They were cold. That’s a first for me lmao. I went up to the window, and said I ordered fries and before I finished saying what was wrong, the lady at the window said, “the fries were cold?”. “Sorry I’ll drop some in (in the fryer)”. That response tells me that she KNEW they were cold. I’m so confused, I’ve never had that happen. I’ve had okay lukewarm fries. Never cold fries. And then the chicken sandwich I got was okay. But I didn’t even finish it because the buns didn’t even seem toasted or cooked all the way. The top bun was white. Just in case the food quality wasn’t good, my brother didn’t finish his whopper jr. The recent reviews were not indicative of the actual quality of food. Quincy sounds cool, but if I’m spending 20 dollars at a place for two people, the food needs to at least be warm. I ordered this at around 8:30 pm today (10/11), and there was no one else in the drive through fyi. This just solidifies why I stopped eating Burger King. Never again.
