Mens bathroom was in serious need of service. (See attached pictures!) Soap dispenser not on wall, & couldn'tget soap out of bag laying on the counter. Sink & counter had not been wiped down in quite some time.

The drive thru speaker wasn't working. Instead of hot dogs they have tacos. Can't pay to change soft drinks to blizzards. The lady was nice though!

I understand being short staffed and equipment not working, but having to sit and wait for 15 minutes just to pull up and order when there was only one person who got ice cream is ridiculous. Either help you staff by getting more or fix your equipment so that your staff can properly handle their customers. It shouldn't take over half an hour to get food when there were only three people in line. Also, probably shouldn't give attitude to your guests and argue with them about wait time. It's not like this review will actually change anything since I'm just a random passerby, and it's obvious no care goes into this particular DQ, but hey, might help another guest who is in a rush

Poor customer service, cold food, save yourself a stop and go to JTs if you want good food. There is a reason locals stay away from DQ.

Just gonna put it out there. Go in to our Dairy Queen stand at the counter for 5 minutes while an employee looks at us while cleaning when we enter and 3 employees look at us from behind the grill. Then finally say they are closed. It's 750 doors unlocked and drive through running. No wonder DQ sucks here. Great customer service.

Horrible - walked in at noon with prompt announcement from multiple employees that both bathrooms are down. Long line at the counter of customers and plenty of them seated and no functional toilet. That, folks, is a code violation. They should not have even been open. Gross, gross, gross. Promptly turned around and walked out.

Liquid hand soap was in an open cup on bathroom counter. Bathrooms filthy. Woman behind counter with black and gray hair, and glasses, took a napkin and blew her nose in middle of restaurant. She walked through restaurant picking her nose, walked behind counter and started cleaning food trays. Did not was her hands. Same woman puts new napkins in to-go bag... goes over to sink and "washes" hands with water, no soap. Interior of restaurant is filthy. Needs a deep cleaning. Hamburger meat tough and cold on cheeseburgers. Tacos did not taste good.
