Wrap me up in this burrito everyday! We opted for the combination burrito which had sausage, chorizo, CRISPY bacon, potatoes, cheese and beans all wrapped up in a homemade tortilla. I found this place on Yelp while passing through town on the long drive back to DFW from Aspen CO. It was in the morning and I had stopped at the Starbucks nearby and flipped open the app to find some tacos. It was the only thing open that was a local spot so decided to pop in. Solid breakfast burrito joint, fast service, simple menu. The homemade tortillas are the star of the show, in my humble opinion. I didn't love the green or red chile that they put inside or on the side of their burritos, but to be quite honest, the burrito filling is so tasty, you don't really need it. The cafe is nice and clean and updated, so it's a very comfortable place to eat in. I'd definitely go back!
