The hottest thing on my plate was literally the bbq sauce ! Brisket came out cold and has no flavor and I had wilted lettuce! Grilled chicken salad had a long hair in food! The potatoe salad tasted like a box potatoe salad from Walmart !!My server however was the best part of our dining experience!
Not everyone can bbq clearly ! If I get food poisoning I’ll know where it came from!
Ordered the three meat plate. One rib, sliced brisket and pulled pork. Rib was ok. Brisket was dry and least a day old. Pulled pork was ice cold and gelatinous. Baked potato salad was delicious.
