Went for the first time and was given the wrong sandwich at first. Seemed a little chaotic behind the counter as I saw multiple people getting the wrong orders. When I got my correct order I was not impressed. The bread was hard, it was missing peppers and just not a good experience. If I try Jersey Mike's again it will be a different location as I was told by friends their experiences were not like this.
All I can speak for are the 2 subs that I get the Italian and the Philly cheesesteak. The secret to me with the Philly cheesesteak is get provolone. Cheese. Don't get the American, the staff is friendly. And the food is good. Some people may like Subway, but it's Jersey. Mike's more expensive. Yes, but it's much better quality. The food is always good here, but the service leaves some things to be desired. Management is failing the staff, leading to failing the customers. They're always short-handed and slightly stressed out at this store. I don't blame the employees at all. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get an online order when they aren't that busy.
