Terrible Sonic. Poor management team. Additional customer service training is needed. Soda machine out. Mila wouldn’t refund me for the soda and the GM was standing right there and didn’t offer a resolution. They tried to steal my money. A bunch of crooks. The cashier was rude when I was ordering and 10x worse when I pulled up to the window. I was told that I couldn't get a Sonic Blast because the ice cream was too watery so I got another drink in which I didn't drink because the cashier seemed like the type to put something in your drink or food for being an inconvenience yet a paying customer. Don't apply for a service job if you hate or lack customer service skills. ijs
I have stopped by this restaurant on several occasions and they have never gotten my order correct on their first attempt. Tonight was no exception, my wife and I sit at the drive through window for 20 minutes waiting on our order. At about the 15 minute point, one of the staff set a bag of food near the window but didn't even make eye contact with us in the car. About 5 minutes later, another worker walked up to the window, saw the bag, and handed it to us through the window....read full review
