Chick-fil-A is a restaurant known for its good food, but there have been mixed experiences with their service. On one occasion, a customer ordered through the drive-through and was told to ask for a "pup cup" for their dog, but the manager seemed confused and unaccommodating. The food, including grilled chicken nuggets, was found to be visually appealing. However, the kale salad was disappointingly lacking in salad. Another customer had a positive experience with the staff's customer service but was unaware that breakfast ends at 10:30 am.
