Mug On the Go offers a delightful selection of refreshing drinks, such as the popular ocean breeze lotus and caramel frost with added coffee. Customers praise the great taste, competitive prices, and lack of negative caffeine effects. The restaurant caters to dietary restrictions by providing a variety of milk options. Mug On the Go is a go-to spot for a quick and enjoyable beverage experience.
The atmosphere is described as very relaxing, with sweet and friendly baristas. The coffee is delicious, and the employees know regular customers by name, customizing their orders. Customers often enjoy seasonal items alongside the menu staples, like the iconic Honey Lavender Latte and the toffee nut cappuccino, which some say is perfection. Mug On the Go is praised for its superior customer service, quality of products, and for being a local family business. They also offer a healthier version of the caramel macchiato for those with dietary restrictions. Although the car line can be long at times, it is considered worth the wait. Overall, Mug On the Go is regarded as a much better option than the big chain coffee places in town.
