This was, without question, the worst brisket I have ever had. While the staff—whether genuinely or simply professionally—were courteous and respectful, the food itself was a major disappointment. The brisket was severely overcooked, clearly past the point where collagen breaks down properly. The most delicious bbq brisket pizza is a standout, with mouthwatering everything. Brisket baked potatoes, brisket loaded fries, two meat plates with ribs and brisket, macaroni and baked beans, and brisket quesadillas are also delicious. The ribs are excellent, brisket is perfect, moist, not too lean or dry. Chicken breast is a wee bit dry. Sausage is very good. Beans are good, a mix. The bbq sauce is a little sweet and thick, going best with the ribs. Some note portion sizes have decreased, with stuffed baked potatoes having few pieces of meat. There is a drive-thru where you can go inside. Online orders may require an extra 20-minute wait.
