Subway in Cleveland

“I quit going to this subway because I was so tired of my sandwiches missing things like MEAT and CHEESE...but the last two times I've went there, far too late at night, I had the best service with no food missing and was not given an attitude at all for coming in so late! Tonight, this nice lady made me an amazing salad and I'm almost not even bothered that I'm eating salad alone anymore on a Saturday night! ?Subway, whatever you're paying this woman, you'd be a fool to not double it! She has redeemed this location for me and happy employees make happy customers!“

“Over all I think this is a good subway. It smelled clean and was a clean environment (not immaculate) but still clean. The customer service was nice very chill guy and was patient he made sure my order was to my liking even double checking to make sure I didn’t forget anything in my order
but I think there’s room for some improvement
The veggies looked like they could be a bit fresher none of them had those plastic covers to keep them extra fresh . I recommend coming into the store to place your order for the best results

“We were just passing through and saw this Subway. Shout out to Abigail who did awesome! She was so kind and did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. She asked how our day was going and where we were going. I love Subway and eat at them often...Never have I had someone ask me that while dining there. You can tell she cares about what she does because she didn't just throw our sandwiches together. She needs a raise because she did excellent! I also love that they had KLOVE playing in the background!“

Well Jennifer at this location sold me a whole new sandwich to overcome their ingredient shortages in a manner that makes you forget the sting of disappointment. Then surprise, she had good taste too. Great customer service in a difficult time!“

“This place was interesting. I ordered a turkey sub. The worker put 2 thin slices of turkey on the sandwich. When I asked for more meat he added one more slice. Veggies were just as thin. Needless to say I had bread with a hint of other items.“
