Subway in Spring

“Ive eaten subway in a lot of different places over the course of 15 years ( not bragging ).

This is 100% the best one, in terms of freshness and quality. I get every single vegetable ( sorry to the workers ), and this location without fail has given me the best quality in terms of freshness and quantity.

I also get it late at night for dinner, which tells you they consistently rotate for freshness.

Furthermore, a big reason for freshness is attention to detail. I don’t know this for certain , but I think the only way this is achieved is if you literally use your eyes to pick out rotted / or unappealing vegetables, and have integrity for the quality of work you provide.

That, by itself, the integrity of work, deserves five stars.

It is actually embarrassing to read some of these reviews, and be disappointed because someone didn’t treat you perfectly the way you wanted, and then say oh amazing sandwich though!

Get over yourself lol. Some of These workers I think ive known ever since I started coming here as a high schooler 10+ years ago. They’ve been working that long.

In that duration, I afford them a few bad days. (of which I’ve never had)

Maybe that’s just me, but regardless I swear, this place makes better sandwiches than the bigger / “high quality” chains solely because the effort and integrity they have for their work is unmatched.

If you love vegetables, these workers are the best at it. I have very rarely gotten rotted vegetables, minimal stems, and the sandwiches are always well-packed and it feels like the person cared about the quality of their work. I’ve gotten food poisoning from other places, because they probably left the vegetables out all day

If the trade off is someone hurts your feelings, so be it. At least my insides aren’t burning because a teen is on TikTok and doesn’t want to rotate / do side work.

Also, if someone is rude to you, you should know it’s not a reflection of you, but what’s going on with them. Stop taking things personally.“

“Maronda and MaKennzeey both offered exceptional service today during my visit. I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong location on the app but both of these ladies went above and beyond to accommodate me and fix the problem. They both were very kind and helpful. I always have had great service at this location, but today it was exceptional! The food was great too! Thank you! 😊“

“Me and my wife visited this location after leaving the location we were at bc they were closed but said open online, However we made it in a drop of a dime before closing. We actually felt bad for coming so late close to closing but the two customers service rep that where working were extremely nice & food was fresh don’t know they names but the date was 5/23/23 @ 9:51p.m. Great job and customer service.“

“Food was good but what made our experience even better was the worker. I wish I got his name but he was really funny. We arrived around 6:40 so there weren’t any customers. That didn’t really matter because he took the time to really have a conversation with us. Compared to other subways this guy was the best with both his attitude and service. “Don’t know who’s working, but my order was perfect. Young man that did my order was the new manager and he told me he is making changes and getting it right. I believe him! He took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted a meatball sub from Subway (go figure). Her sandwich was made EXACTLY how she likes it and the manager was a great guy with customer service clearly in mind. Forget the one stars, he’s turned it around!“

“Lots has changed about Subway recently. They seem to have “upgraded” their meat/ingredients and portions are a little bigger. Their pieces have also gone up. Use the online coupons. I had a decent sub and the springs were generous when in asked for extra. Good flavor, but nothing like a “real” deli sub. Ib was presently supposed as in haven’t been to a Subway in ages, was craving a sub and this was the only place close. Will go back! I have it 4 stars, but it is really 3 1/2 as fade as subs go.“

“I truly love eating out here, but something that does concern me is the way the workers use their gloves to touch multiple things. As someone who can’t have pork in my food, I would preferably appreciate it if all the meats used tongs. It’s not oka disgusted manner but it also seems genuinely more better, when you thing about it as people who can’t have pork, whenever they use gloves they do change it but when doing orders they touch pork and all and then with the same gloves they touch the vegetables which contaminates it all. I hope they can take this into consideration!“

“Carlos was amazing! I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He’s fast, friendly, and really takes pride in making sandwiches just the way you want them. You can tell he cares about the customers and the quality of the food. People like Carlos are the reason I keep coming back—he definitely makes this location stand out!“

“Very pleasant staff that works at this location. My baby grandson was getting ready for pre.Kindergarten , the next day and got a haircut next door so we stopped for lunch and the women working in there , gushed all over him and how cute he was. The location was clean and the surface was great“

“Manager and Employee helped with my order. They have a very clean atmosphere. The smell of fresh bread hits the air as I walked into the building. The service was quick with great quality. The cookies I had to try they are freshly baked! When I tasted my sandwich the ingredients were so fresh and nicely put. From beginning to end the sandwich was made with love.“

“I accidentally locked myself out of my truck going to get a subway sandwich meal. I called AAA as everyone should have and went in and explained my situation and figured I could eat while the AAA guy arrived. The guys were awesome and comped me a meal which I paid extra when I got my wallet out of my truck. Love the food and thanks again for helping me out.“

“It's a nice and clean establishment with good service and no complaints. Today, I order a different sub and put all the ingredients that I want my way. This store even have all the selections of bread available. Unlike some other stores I've been to the only thing they don't have was lettuce. Plenty of parking area but not up close to restaurant.“

“Love my subway, this particular location is a good one as far as making the sandwiches quick and correctly their awesome only negative thing is that this location has had a habit of running out of certain items for particular sandwiches at times but they will take the extra step by offering substitutions for missing items.
