Subway in Willis

“My husband and I have been going to subway after work the last few days. Everytime we have gone in we have been helped by Ms. Shelayn. She is such a ray of sunshine. She’s always super polite and cheerful and Always asks us how our day has been going. She also is so patient and kind when we are ordering our sandwiches. I also want to add that she makes the best subway sandwiches we have ever had. She is the reason we keep coming back!“

“I came in late probably ten minutes before close and was greeted with a happy smile and a, how was your day. Not only was the sandwich artist amazing at her job. But when I walked in, she was consoling a neighboring employee from another restaurant while cleaning her own store. Best atmosphere. I've been to at a fast food joint in a long time. Keep it up and I will be back“

“This Subway is close to my job, so I’ll occasionally place an online order for a sandwich and chips to pick up around noon. The process is always quick and easy — I swing by, grab my food, and head back to work. They’ve never once gotten my order wrong.

The restaurant is clean and tidy, the food is always fresh, and the staff is consistently friendly. I’ve never had a single issue here.

The only downside is the parking lot — it can be a bit tight and tricky to get in and out of during busy hours. But that’s hardly a deal breaker.

Honestly, this location does a great job. A lot of the complaints I see here are just petty nonsense. If you’re that picky, maybe move back to California, Houston, or wherever else you came from.“
