The sandwich was just ok! I know you're thinking " well you tell them how to make it" mmm the issue was the ingredients weren't as fresh! It was gnats also flying around the food and just laying on the meats! I saw this after standing 20 minutes in line praying it didn't land on the turkey because i was out of options for dinner! I have come here twice in the past 4 months and the young woman at the counter is wonderful. She has great customer service skills and is very polite. I hope she gets recognized after this review because she is quick with getting a family of 4 all the sandwiches. Great job!

I typed my instructions (please add veggies and bacon before toasting, thanks) when I ordered on the app. When I asked about it when picking up my food, the employee first said he had done that, then he said the instructions don’t show up on the receipt. I pointed them out to him and he just shrugged.What is the point of a special instructions section in the app if the employee isn’t interested in looking at it?
