The manager with the eyebrow tattoo is extremely unprofessional and yelled out that she was walking out on her team. Then, proceeded to do so while there was a line around the building for drive-thru and 3 groups waiting in the lobby with one waiting for over an hour and the other for 45 minutes. I was of the third group and waited 30 minutes from a basket of fries and a Coke. Thank goodness for CADE however who was on fryer and immediately came to help get everyone in the lobby...read full review
I ordered this morning for a quick run through breakfast to get to work. The wait time for a fast food place was terrible. I waited at the drive through mic for 5 minutes waiting to give a code for the food I ordered. Once I pulled up the morning crew never greeted me at the window she just walked up repeated my order and shoved the bag out the window. I get to work and realize the cheese I paid almost 2 dollars for is not on my sausage biscuit. I don’t know what the problem...read full review
Had to take order back after receiving a deluxe quarter pounder with nothing but cheese on them. Get back she tries to add the extra ingredients to the burgers I drove back to them wasting gas to exchange. Told her no they need to be made fresh. Get home and there burnt to a crisp.
