“We were sat immediately. Our waitress, Katie, gave excellent service. Prices were very reasonable. Food was absolutely delicious! We had Chorizo Queso Dip, Poblano Spinach Dip, Green Chili Burger, Spicy Habanero Burger, and Bacon Guacamole Burger, all with fire fries. Everything was served hot and fresh. Samantha Pedroza, manager, checked on our table. I had previously met with her regarding holding an event at the restaurant. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Based on our initial meeting, I knew I had to dine here and I was not disappointed! Liz Chavez also checked to see how are dining experience went. She was also very nice and professional. This will be one of my go to restaurants!“

“Been going to this restaurant for 4 years and everything I have ate has been amazing and fresh. Waiters and waitresses are always friendly and attentive to everything especially Eric, he's by far the most attentive waiter even when the restaurant is busy and having to work multiple tables. Guaranteed best Restaurant in El Paso for Breakfast/lunch/Dinner and pie.“

“A pretty good traditional american restaurant. Expect there to be a wait if coming in for dinner on the weekend, had to wait about 20 minutes for a table for two. Server was attentive and made sure we had time with the appetizers before bringing out the meal. My smokehouse burger did have a weird random piece of shrimp on it though, when it doesn't come with that, so be careful if you have allergies. Besides that food was good“

“I went to Applebee's with my family for my brother's birthday where we had Natalia as our server. She was very nice, super attentive and whenever we needed anything she was there with a big smile with whatever we needed super fast. “Every time we have been there food and service had always been good and delicious. Today the food was delicious but the attitude received from Liehla was horrible. She had a bad attitude, was rude and forget the facial gestures! But unfortunately for all of us, that's our future everyone! I did let her know in person (because I did call in the order)she should try not to be so rude next time, that's when the faces got worse. This is the location on Zaragoza near North Loop. I hope her Manager sees this and has a talk with her on what a host should really be like.“

“I tried Applebee's Eastlake a couple of times right after it opened, and needless to say, it lacked atmosphere and the food was subpar. I decided that when getting Applebee's, I would drive farther away to the Rojas location, as I live in the Horizon area. To my surprise, I recently.... after 10 months or so, visited Applebee's Eastlake again. Wow!!!!! What a turnaround. This place has done a complete transformation. The beer was cold cold cold amadre! I can't express enough how cold it was. The food was amazing and service was incredible. Then when I thought it couldn't get better, I noticed they have a Touch Tunes juke box. That, and the beer alone have won me over. To then add incredible food and incredible service was icing on the cake. Kuddos to all the mangers and staff for the amazing turnaround. If I have one small observation is lighting. I think if you would tone down the lights a bit and give it a soft lighting feel, the ambiance would improve. Right now it feels like Im walking into a surgical room..... especially at night.“

“Very friendly host/hostesses. Great service ( Kath ) very friendly, attentive ,sincere and helpful. I totally recommend this logans roadhouse off gateway . Great specials which is better than any fast food place for the same or even less money. But Kath is the main reason I choose to return as she is a amazing server and just a nice person which makes going to this logans a memorable dining experience. Eating alone i always wanted to try their outdoor patio just to relax. Maybe one day ill try it there .“
