Worst service I’ve ever seen ordered specifically mashed potatoes with no gravy got mashed potatoes with gravy got drink with no ice on a 90° day no straws available for almost 2 months and when you get your meal, no silverware no napkins you’re expected to eat your potatoes with your fingers I guess time to go to Roosty’s but stay away from KFC.

The food is always fresh and delicious, and the cooks don't ever get enough credit. Some customers have reported issues with hard chicken pieces or soggy skin, but the staff is polite and accommodating, quickly fixing any mistakes. The service is fast, even when the restaurant is busy, and the food is generally described as hot and tasty. Prices are considered reasonable. Shout out to manager Dallas. They very nicely gave me my missing food. The dude was super nice. Love it. New fav place.
