Does this make sense? I asked KFC for two pot pies and paid for them to eat in the restaurant. After a few minutes they told me it would be 25 minutes and asked if I wanted a famous bowl instead. I said okay. After receiving our food I went up and asked if I could order the pot pies to take out. They had to ask the manager ? The food is always fresh and delicious, and the cooks don't ever get enough credit. Some customers have reported issues with hard chicken pieces or soggy skin, but the staff is polite and accommodating, quickly fixing any mistakes. The service is fast, even when the restaurant is busy, and the food is generally described as hot and tasty. Prices are considered reasonable. Shout out to manager Dallas. They very nicely gave me my missing food. The dude was super nice. Love it. New fav place.
