Of the two locations in LJ,, my mother chose this one because she said it has better service. Well not this day! The worker taking our order from a stall was all confused and made several attempts to get her burger correct; not sure if he was a trainee distracted perhaps by a trainer, but he forgot one of the drinks (a shake) and a receipt when he brought us our order. I would love to give a shout to Mirna. It was about my 3rd time at this location. There is one closer to my house but I will be going to this one more often. The one closer to my house doesn't have chili in the mornings. They tell me they don't make it till 10:30. I even tried again when I noticed a new manager and still got the 10:30 response. The store needs an overhaul, with the amount of traffic it gets, it's not well taken care of. Food is meh and no matter how many months apart I wait to eat here just out of burnout on everything else, it still manages to make you feel just bleh after.
