McDonald's never fails in serving their food. The employees are fast in getting the orders out promptly.The atmosphere is clean but "cold", in the sense that it has no coziness nor anything to make one feel welcomed. It has more of an industrialized environment and it is not just this restaurant but all the restaurants.
The location was perfect and right near our hotel. Our experience wasn’t bad but they did forget 2 orders of our food totaling $30.36. We had to wait an additional 10 on top of the 10 we already waited to get our food they forgot. The young lady who brought it was nice and made sure she put enough condiments for each of us.

Standard McDonald's fare, service was quick, friendly and professional. Atmosphere is somewhat reduced since their post-COVID remodel due to the smaller lobby. Consumables such as straws, napkins and such have been relocated behind the counter and as such are now only accessible by employees so they must be requested.Still no McKeto options, though, and that's something I'd like to see soon.
