Una señorita muy amable nos trajo la comida al área de juegos aqui en el McDonalds de Clute TX. Creo que su nombre era Autum. Ella fue muy amable con mis hijas y se aseguró de que recibiéramos nuestro pedido correctamente. Ella hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera muy placentera.

The hospitality is Great 👍. And the staff is really nice ☺ I will most definitely refer someone to this McDonald's.
Service was really slow. Dining in seems to be the last resort. They seem to take.xaee if drive though and pick up orders first. Workers all looked like they didn't want to be there

Straws and napkins are now behind the counter for employee access only. Customers hope for new menu options like McKeto.
The manager Alycia and her crew were praised for their exceptional customer service on the night of 9/23/24, treating customers with great care. However, there have been some issues with the computer system being down during the early morning hours, causing difficulties with taking orders. Downloading the app can provide customers with rewards and bonuses, making it easier to order and pick up food through the drive-through or walk-in.
