I won't say the food is outstanding because it is still taco bell, but it is hot and prepared correctly. The customer service here is great. I downloaded the app and they gave me a a free food option. I got the 5 layer burrito and it was good. Download their app, you earn points, easy to order and pick up through the drive through or walk in. Beats waiting for the food.
Ordered three supreme tacos in drive thru, by the time I got back to my hotel to eat the tacos, they were sticking to the paper wrap and were torn apart just trying to get them out of the wrapping, pretty much needing a fork to eat since the tacos were more like a taco salad on softshell. I guess I should have known better and ate them right away, even with my hotel less than 5 minutes away
