I've driven by this food truck in Coldspring several times and finally stopped by today for lunch. I had the shrimp po'boy with fries. The shrimp was a good size and freshly breaded. The po'boy was dressed nicely and tasted great. The cocktail sauce had excellent kick. The fries were seasoned and tasty. I generally prefer more of a fast food style fry, but these fresh ones were pretty tasty.
The husband and wife team were friendly and engaging. You can tell they really like what they do.

I noticed a 4.9 Star rating on Google and wife loves shrimp. Food truck always a caution but food in area is weak. Cajun shrimp, catfish, shrimp & crab gumbo, boudin balls and sauces were incredible! When you think best shrimp and catfish ever....run here!!! ALL old family recipes prepared by husband & wife team. Very sweet folks. Fabulous and surprising treat!!

On my way to the park, we decided to try something new as we are new to the area. This food truck offers a great variety of dishes and everything seems to be good. The lady who took our order was very nice and explained the availability of plates. Out of nothing she offered a baked potato prepared with meats and wow that was the best part of our meal. Food tasted great. Service was great. They prepared our order quickly. Definitely I'll stop by again!

Just got the chicken and sausage gumbo I'm married to a coonass from Westlake and he approved said the roux cld have been a little darker but people who haven't had real gumbo expect to b lite anyway il go back to check out the boudian balls and po boys! The service was excellent! Chicky girl brought it rite to my truck
