“Was passing by town at dinnertime and my son looked up reviews for what's in town and chose here. We were happily surprised by how good it was! I had a steak on fries and he had chicken fried steak fingers and it was delicious!!! Now I'm planning a trip back to the area just to eat here again!“

“Outstanding. If you are in the area this is an excellent choice for an overnight stay. About 15 minutes SW of Coleman, TX. On the property we did not hear any outside noise (very tranquil). The rooms are minimalist but beautifully done. No TVs but good Internet service. If I could sum up the stay it would be peaceful.
The food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast. They have guest chefs come in on the weekends to prepare a menu and cook. The food was wonderful. You dine in the main house that is rustic but perfectly done to create an ideal atmosphere.
Robert, the owner, is reserved and an excellent host. If you are looking for a peaceful weekend getaway from the city, I would strongly recommend Rancho Loma.“

“On our way back to Central Texas and passed this place. Glad we did. Catfish Friday and all of our food was so good! Family owned business! Service was very good and every one was so nice. When we go through Coleman in the future we will stop again.“
