Update: The manager called me and apologized for this experience. This meant a lot to me because to keep a business going, a good interactions with customers is important. She stated she has talked to employee about this issue. I am satisfied with this apology and will return to Sonic. Thank you
I frequent this Sonic in Coleman quite often. They have good days, and bad days, depending on staff or lack of it. But I have always given them the benefit of the doubt.

5 minutes or less I had my food. Super hot and fresh. Very friendly and considerate.
Love Sonic. For sure the app ordering. Besides if we want food for 5 people. The app won’t take it. But… still good food and friendly service.

Sonic Drive-In in Coleman is a hit or miss with their service, but they always aim to please. A recent experience with a Lemonade Slush had a rocky start due to missing lemon flavoring. After a minor dispute, the employees fixed the issue, and the slush turned out fine. Despite this hiccup, the staff remains friendly and accommodating. Customers with dietary restrictions appreciate their consideration and enjoy the fresh and tasty hamburgers. However, some regulars feel that the food quality has declined recently, leading to disappointment. They plan to give Sonic Drive-In another chance after some time. Overall, Sonic Drive-In offers a mixed experience with occasional setbacks but remains a favorite stop for many due to their pleasant service and good food options.
