My husband got a hot pot xxx spicy...so I couldn't try any! But he was all in my braised beef with rice! Couldn't blame him, it was also superb. Best date night dinner to date!“

“Sunny provides the most excellent dishes and fantastic presentations in all of College Station. He is a one man army; bartender, cook, server, busser, owner, etc. He provides the most authentic cuisine, cocktails and teas, of all sushi restaurants in town. He even remembered our wine selection from a previous night, a night where the restaurant was extremely busy, Valentine’s Day. We have been coming for years, and realized we had never given him a shout out before. This is long overdue! We love Sunny’s place, the food, the atmosphere, everything. It is our #1 place in College Station for date night, and we have nothing but amazing things to say about Azure. If you’re on a time crunch, and it’s a busy night, please have some grace and understand that he creates these masterpieces all by hand, by himself, for each and every patron. “This place is lovely! I had such a great time. This little restaurant is doing really good at many things. Customer service was excellent. Christian was our server (kudos to him).

Ordered a Bento box 🍱 it included: chicken teriyaki, edamame, salad, miso soup, California crab, and gyoza. 🥟 We also ordered California and a shrimp tempura roll. Really good!

The ambiance of the restaurant is very chill and kinda stepping into dim and relax. Lots of cute Japanese decor all around.

Also, the prices were very reasonable. I cannot wait to be back.

Note to management: please consider revising the chicken you use in your bento box. It is not good quality. I would suggest trying a non-process, non-frozen chicken. I understand this might fit your pricing/ROI; However, less is more. Consider preparing your own chicken and if it means less quantity in the bento box, it will be fine with customers, given that their few pieces of chicken are tasty and fresh. This is a piece of advice (take it or leave it) but I just wanted to be as honest and transparent with my feedback. You are clearly doing many other things really good, let’s step into greatness. I hope nothing but the best!

“Food is great, order the Fish Hot and spicy soup and the crispy fried chicken from the Chinese menu if you like heat.Service, however, is actually comically bad. Your drinks will never be refilled. Bring your own. It will be cold inside. Bring a sweater or blanket. I used to be fine with this because the food was so good, but lately I’ve had the same dishes but they came less spicy - the loss of consistency is a huge issue, and it makes it feel hit or miss.“
