“This is my favorite bar on Northgate. I think it's blessed, because every time I go there something good happens. Wake Me Ups, although they're expensive, are worth it. They're basically the original recipe of a Four Loco before Four Loco killed a bunch of kids. Awesome.“

“Haven’t been there in a few years. Went there this evening. The burgers, fries, and Texas toothpicks were great. The only thing I had a problem with was we went and sat at a table on the upper deck so we could talk because there was no one up there and the lower deck was crowded. Just after we sat down two employees came up and started to drag all the tables and chairs around. Being heavy wooden tables and chairs all they could do was drag them across the floor making a lot of noise. This went in for about fifteen minutes then just as it got quiet again they started doing it in the lower deck. Was impossible to hold a conversation.“

My one recommendation is to be open when google maps says you are open. For example: a guy may come into town and want to relive his glory days by ordering Hiesmans for his friends on a Wednesday. “We just had the BEST meal and experience at Gate 12 Bar & Grill! We will definitely be going back. We went for our toddler to watch planes which it was perfect for! We saw tons of planes and it was a really cool restaurant. What I didn’t realize was how delicious the food would be. I got the smoked mesquite turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was devine!!!! So much flavor and great combo of ingredients. The jam, turkey, and bacon together was phenomenal. The sweet potato fries came with a type of cinnamon butter dipping sauce that I will be dreaming about. My husband got the BLT with regular fries and my toddler got grilled cheese with fruit. They both loved their meals and the portion sizes are big. My toddler’s meal was a full size meal. The staff was top-notch! Very professional, kind, informative, and attentive. So thoroughly impressed with this restaurant! A new favorite for sure. The experience alone is great, but wow what a great restaurant on its own.“

“My family went in on opening day and even though it was busy the food came out fast, servers were friendly, and loved the atmosphere! The burgers are huge and delicious, the Texas Cheese Steak was a little messy (on my part) but great, and the turkey leg that my grandson would not share so we had to sneak a bite is highly recommended! LOTS of TV's so you will never miss a game!!“
