It's very difficult for me to understand why someone can't do what they are asked. I requested my fries to be freshly cooked & crispy. They were mostly cool & very limpy. I spent almost $20 & couldn't even get fries like I requested. What a shame.
Ordered (2) #2 with rolls, mashed potatoes, and okra. It took the cashier 3 times of hearing the order to input the wrong items. Great, getting them to fix the issue is a joke. Seriously, I get your busy, but damn bro, slow down and lay off the 8 ball.
Wow! The food here is AMAZING and the service is even better. Oscar helped us out and made us feel so welcome. The whole staff was so kind and helpful. This was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back!
