This was my first experience with chicken Express, and i was pleased. The aroma in the store was delicious. I met someone for a businesslike discussion. The low noise level made conversation possible. An employee came twice to our table to ask if we'd like refills on our iced tea. Very friendly place.
It's very difficult for me to understand why someone can't do what they are asked. I requested my fries to be freshly cooked & crispy. They were mostly cool & very limpy. I spent almost $20 & couldn't even get fries like I requested. What a shame.
Ordered (2) #2 with rolls, mashed potatoes, and okra. It took the cashier 3 times of hearing the order to input the wrong items. Great, getting them to fix the issue is a joke. Seriously, I get your busy, but damn bro, slow down and lay off the 8 ball.
