Eaten at chicken express 5 years 3 different stores ordered same meal every time. #2- 5 pc strip, fries, drink roll trade grace for second roll 3 barbecue sauce..
Today different lady manager wanted to charge me for barbecue sauce cause I traded the gravy for roll.
One should be included extra 2, 35 cents each. 70 cents she made a repeat customer mad over 70 cents. Told me after I had closed out check. I told her this has never happened before she said oh well...read full review
