Fast food is a tough industry, and the customer experience always comes down to the staff, and their training, supervision and motivation. Chicken Express College Station (Wellborn Road) is terrific. The staff is exemplary and show genuine concern regarding your satisfaction. We eat there about 2/month, and always have a good experience.
They staff was so attentive and kind. Came to our table to check in and get us refills, cleaned up after tables cleared in a very timely manner. Food came out perfect, fast and definitely hit the spot!
My boyfriend was born and raised in Texas and has been begging me to try Chicken Express for ages. I finally got to try it and I LOVED IT. Definitely the best fried chicken around. We ended up ordering it 2 days in a row. My favorite part was the apple pie. It was SO good. Tasted like actual fresh pie unlike McDonald’s or somewhere like that. 100% recommend.
