Terrible customer service, Second time coming here, first time coffee machine was not working which was fine but today topped it! Out of some items, took forever to get my order- the girl was so rude- she had another worker hand me my stuff, got to the car the bag and boxes were so messy had chocolate all over the boxes and bag- went back in and asked for the owner info, she kept laughing in my face to her coworker, asked what was so funny and she kept doing it. TERRIBLE customer...read full review
Cinnaholic and their staff are amazing! They were super nice and very helpful with the menu for a 1st time customer. I recently went in for a cinnamon roll for my vegan cousins birthday because I couldn’t find a vegan cake anywhere in town. Instead of a cinnamon roll, cinnaholic offered to make me a cookie cake! About 2 hours later I came back and they had her cake made and decorated with the toppings we chose! I was so impressed with their kindness to make the cake so last...read full review

Cinnaholic is a popular spot for cinnamon rolls, with great service and quick orders. The sweet treats are addictive and worth indulging in, calorie counting be damned. The restaurant offers a variety of vegan options, including delicious cookies like Chocolate chip, Pumpkin, and Cinnadoodle (snickerdoodle), which customers find irresistible. Management is highly praised for their friendly attitude, and the staff are helpful with recommendations. The cinnamon rolls and cookies are considered a crowd-pleaser and perfect for sharing or office orders. The place smells amazing, and the portion sizes are impressive — the cinnamon rolls are large and melt in your mouth. The menu is a bit pricier but feels higher quality, with a cozy, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Seating is limited, and cash is not accepted, so arriving early or planning ahead is suggested. The vanilla bean cinnamon toll is absolutely delicious, and the cold brew is pretty decent. Customers especially enjoy the build-your- Cinnaholic experience, where the cream cheese and banana on a cinnamon roll create a fantastic flavor. Many find this place a hidden gem, and visitors often plan to return to enjoy the magic of their sweet treats.
