I was very exited to try out Dave’s Hot Chicken, the red, spicy 🥵 chicken sandwiches seemed so irresistible but was disappointed when I first tried them. Chicken seemed like it was first fried & then seasoned with powdered cayenne & seasonings. Tasted dusty & the raw cayenne flavor stand it out the most THAN the salt, which gives it flavor. I suppose every place has their own unique way of doing things, not everybody likes the same thing but I’m not going back...

Electric and fun atmosphere. Simple chairs and crowd is a mix of students and family. The food is simply great with spice level options. I prefer having my bread toasted and crispy but it’s not their style.

Absolutely loved my visit to Dave’s Hot Chicken! The chicken was juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor—just the right balance of heat and seasoning. I went with the “Hot” spice level and it hit perfectly—spicy but not overwhelming. The sliders were loaded and satisfying, and the crinkle-cut fries were golden and crispy. The staff was super friendly and the service was fast despite the line. Great vibes, clean space, and awesome food.
