Had an issue with what was received and wrote in to be contacted, but have never been contacted. Hopefully you don’t have any issues when you visit.
Edit! This place used to be a great ice cream place with nice staff. Unfortunately either ownership changed or financial hard times hit. Quality and number of flavors has diminished. Staff still nice but at this point our interest in going there diminished from once pr twice a week to more like maybe once a year. Unfortunate.
Ice cream is good but they must be running on a shoe string budget.
No milk so they couldn't make milk shakes. $8.50 for a 10-12oz milkshake is expensive.
No hand towels in the women's restroom.
No toilet paper in the men's restroom. They did leave napkins to use but you know that's going to cause a clog later on.
The men's restroom could use a good cleaning.
Over all I think you can find a better ice cream experience.
Their homemade ice cream is So good!! Friendly staff!
Met the owners at their shop and they've turned the Bryan location around big time. It had gotten dirty and gross under previous ownership, but they bought it to renew it and it's now charming and clean again! Definitely recommend now - my boys love the toppings and it's our go-to after school special treat.
This is my second visit, and it didn't disappoint. Abby was very friendly and helpful when providing samples. This is definitely going to be our staple for ice.

I do love an ice cream shop that will split their scoop with two flavors. I had the cherry oblivion + toasted coconut and it was fire! Then I tried the Caribou with Coffee and that was amazing as well. Make this a stop when you're in B/CS!!!

Not great. Waffle comes not fresh, too thick, very hard seemed old. Ice cream was nothing to brag about. Regret going there because nothing was special. Just telling it as it is. Not even any good fresh smells in there. I recommend finding somewhere better.
