Freebirds World Burrito

We have been to the Freebirds near Rock Prairie and highway 6 a few times and I’ve always been pleased. Everyone liked their food from a classic burrito to nachos and tacos (although I do wish they had crunchy shells, they still load them up). Last time I got a bowl with cauliflower rice, chicken and lots of veggies and really liked it! We even had a kid in our group who just ordered a bowl with chicken and added tomatoes and lettuce and was very happy with her meal so I feel they can cater to anyone’s likes. The staff are friendly and quick and the restaurant is clean and comfortable/fun. We will definitely come again!

Used to like this restaurant but found rotten potatoes from tacos
So disappointed

Food is good, they've just gone up in price and down in portion sizes. I know everything is up in price, but dang!

The service was excellent! Friendly and helpful staff helped me make the best of my lunchtime choices. The food was tasty and there was plenty leftover for dinner as well. I especially love their chips and queso.

I purchased 6 burritos and there was barely any meat in any of them. It was like they took the amount of meat for 1 burrito and spread it across 6 burritos. I have been here before and they weren't like that. I am very disappointed and I feel ripped off.

Update:
They advised me to fill out their contact form and that they would make it right. They have not contacted me at all.

I stop by Freebirds every few months for a quick meal. The service was excellent on my visit. The wait staff were cheerful and friendly. The person who prepared my order was chatty (just the right amount) and helpful as I made my choices. I felt like a valued customer. The food was excellent as always.
