First time ever trying this place. Food is pretty good but the service and attitude from the staff sucks. Ordered a $9.50 burrito that some how came up to $15.00. And no one could or would explain it to me. It's like some kind of frat house clique or something. Giggles and laughs. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I just left. Will not return.

The service tonight was not the best. I placed my order around 4pm for a 6:30 pm pick up. I showed up around 6:35 expecting to quickly grab my order and leave, but boy was I wrong. I was not handed my order until 7:15pm. There seemed to be not enough workers for the large crowd of people ordering in store and those waiting for online orders. I noticed about 2 people working the line for the in store orders and only 1 working on the online orders. Those working were going as fast as they could but unfortunately some of my items were sloppily put together and the brownies I received seemed to be under cooked and raw. This seems like a management issue in not scheduling enough people for the anticipated inflow of customers.

Typical take out experience- service was fine. Food delicious. Two of the Super Monsters fed my family of five! Order on Wednesdays and you get an even better bang for your buck- feeding your family for less than $20 is pretty dang good.
