Kiosk deleted order and sat for 20 min
Delicious ice cream and very unique setting.
I’m not sure if they only take orders on the one screen below the menu or if they have someone who also takes orders, but either way - the current process is super ineffective! There was a family of (not exaggerating) 20 people that were blocking the ordering screen while all still talking/deciding on what to order. I waited 10 minutes, but absolutely NO movement. Was excited to try somewhere new, but not this time!
