Me and my roommate love this place. We go almost everyday! However, we just came in today at 7:35pm and the employees were extremely rude. It was her birthday today and they didn’t even let us use our phone numbers for rewards. Very disappointed with how we were treated today.
No matter where I have stopped for my horchata iced coffee the service is always great. Employees have a wonderful attitude 😀

Boy, do I love me some HteaO! Visiting my college kids, this was no disappointment and the staff is very friendly. Just like the Arlington location, the drive-through is a very tight turn for my suburban and I have to go about 1 mile an hour through it, but that would be my only complaint. Friendly people and great tea abounds.
I just went to go get a gallon of tea and Jake the General Manager gave me an iced coffee for FREE just to try and he was literally the sweetest ever! Love this location and the workers are always so sweet + the store is always clean!!!

The absolute best!!! The tea is amazing. I can’t get enough of it!! The staff at this store is so friendly and helpful. They even offered to help me carry the tea gallons I bought to my car. If you haven’t been to this HTeaO do yourself a favor and go!! You’ll never want to drink tea from anywhere again!
If you love Tea, H tea 0 is the place to be. So much variety and the staff is always rather pleasant.
Really affordable, fast, great Chai tea especially! Found a new favorite place here. So refreshing!
