I rarely complain about things and always give people the benefit of the doubt. But this experience was almost dumbfounding. There were three people working this afternoon and zero people in the lobby/2 people in the drive-through… And it took several minutes to even acknowledge I was there to order. Then they took my credit card and didn’t bring it back and I had to ask for it. The worst part was the food. I rarely splurge… But I was so looking forward to a sourdough Jack....read full review

Rudest people ever....they laugh when i order and act like i am disturbing them with unwanted orders....always mess up order even when its only 1 drink .....cant find out who Manager is, who ever answers the phone just says they are manager...and does nothing...but snicker and say "and?"...very unprofessional

Jack in the Box offers a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff, including a great manager. The restaurant is a favorite for its large cookies and cream milkshakes and convenient parking. The tacos are a highlight, with a perfect balance of sauce, lettuce, and cheese. The food is good quality most of the time, but the speed is terribly slow. The customer service has been nice every time, it's just the wait. The burgers were fine and the drinks ok.
