They refuse to take the app at night where you can save money. The food is never hot. Tonight they were taking only cash and never told you before you ordered. Food is always cold, sloppy the way they assemble the sandwiches. Most of the time they get the order wrong or forget something.
Only got half our order. Then the guy just laughed obout it. I will never visit a McDonald again.
they expect customers to ignore the fact that they are to incompetent to put sauce in the bag or they refuse to put additional paid for and requested toppings on food. Having worked in fast food and food industry for over 10 years it's so simple to follow on screen prompts and give the customer what they requested. I for some reason keep supporting this ridiculous store and regret it every single time. They have a non working phone number listed online aswell to avoid complaints.
