Well we ordered 4 pizzas and an order of breadsticks. We got 3 of those pizzas, no big deal, we called and they said they would deliver the one that was forgot. Well, when they came about an hour later. THERE WAS A SLICE MISSING!. Like how does that happen? At that point I guess they think it's funny or it was a joke. Or there just incompetent. I really don't understand. I will never order from them again. Who knows what they did to that pizza......

Never go here!! The worst customer service ever. I stopped by to order a pizza, it took 6 minutes for us to even be acknowledged, but the workers weren’t doing anything. Once I ordered he said it would be 30 minutes. So I went back to my car, which was right outside. They didn’t look like they were making anything, and when I came back in, they rushed from not doing anything to start making my pizza.
Placed our order on the app and was told 50 min for delivery. I called after an hour and 15 min seing as the app showed the pizza was done cooking for 30 min. She said that the order would be another 30 min to be delivered. And that the pizza had been sitting under a warmer so should be warm. Her attitude was as if we just had to deal with it because they cant override what the app says and and short handed and not apoligic at all. It took over an hour and a half to receive our barley warm pizza and breadsticks. The extra meet I paid for was not on the pizza. I also ordered two orders of peperchinis. But only a few extra were added. Management needs some customer service training for sure. Avoid that all costs! This used to be my favorite pizza. Hate that this location has gone down hill.

Ordered a pizza was delivered the wrong one. Call to speak to a manager, she did not even consider that the pizza was wrong, just told me the missing toppings were under the cheese. We looked and did not find any missing toppings under the cheese. No attempt to resolve the issue from management. Will not be ordering again. Customer service is important when there are like 5 other pizza places around you, we will take our business elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

I actually received the worst pizza ever from Papa John's last night. The order was close to closing time through Door Dash and the quality was awful. I ordered a 2 topping pizza with regular crust cooked well done. The pizza was so thick that it was soggy in the middle. I called the Manager today and she couldn't find the order. I gave her the details and she curtly told me that she makes thousands of pizzas and she can't remember every pizza. I tried to give her more information and she abruptly told me that I need to contact Door Dash. Total waste of $34.58 and the manager didn't care about my order whatsoever. I will be using Domino's from now on.

This Papa Johns is extremely slow the eta on the app or over the phone is consistently half of what the actual wait time is.. ex 7:49-759 … 834 is the correct time it’s ready… when delivered it’s cold pizza because they’re over packing delivery drivers. The customer service is awful people avoid talking to customers when walking in and just waiting for some one to pick up the slack. What’s the point of the app if you’re not going to be consistent with it??? I’m not typically one to leave reviews let alone bad ones but this place sucks unfortunately big fan of papa John’s just not this one!

Ordered food and they said it was on the way. Waited over an hour for it to be delivered and it never showed up. Went to the store and had to wait again. Workers were just on their phones and didn't pay any attention to WAITING costumers.....WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER. Then when they addressed us they said it was at our house, went home and pizza still had not been delivered.

Pizza always says its ready immediately after ordering, which is never the case. Pizza is undercooked and doughy the last few times we've been there. Papa John's used to be my favorite but this location is consistently awful in regards to quality. You really shouldn't notify customers their pizza is ready when it's got another 10-15mins.
