Why do I keep ordering food for my tenants from here? There always seems to be more problems than not. Yesterday, I received a call from the store manager asking if my pizzas had been delivered. I contacted my tenants and was told that pizzas had been delivered, but they came back and picked them up! What were they going to do, pick them up and take them to the correct location? As always, the pizza is the best! But lately, the delivery driver's have been parking in the curbside pickup spots and the cashiers act like you are bothering them when you call for them to bring the pizza out.

Pizza always says its ready immediately after ordering, which is never the case. Pizza is undercooked and doughy the last few times we've been there. Papa John's used to be my favorite but this location is consistently awful in regards to quality. You really shouldn't notify customers their pizza is ready when it's got another 10-15mins.
