Love Piada and their food. However I am not a fan of how the rewards system changed. Working for TAMU, I cater through them frequently (catering manager, Summer, is AMAZING!). We get $5 reward for every so many dollars spent. This was great to use on future large catering orders or on a day when our office staff wanted a lunch out. Previously we could stack the $5 rewards and use multiple in one visit or on one catering order. However, I was told in store today that this is no longer allowed. Since the rewards expire (we have thirteen $5 rewards expiring within a month), there is no way we will be able to take advantage of them all. This was such a nice perk for a department that spends several thousand dollars a year for their catering. I feel like it is now a little stingy to restrict to just $5 per transaction (previously you could use up to $200 or $250).

Placed a large catering order with this location. I was able to speak directly with a team member, Summer, to ensure that all of the needs of my event were specifically catered to. All around Summer was supremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. In addition the food was delicious as always!

The food is amazing, but the staff is amazingly annoyed by every single customer’s presence. Me when my job is to take food orders and then customers show up and they order food🤬🤬🤬

Century square is an amazingly warm night spot. The food at Piada is well cooked and the best squid ever.
I ordered the basil pasta with fried squid and cheese sticks. All tasty.

I visited piada in Dallas coming from Austin tx and so I may say the food was outstanding customer service was great I was helped by Taylor and she did an excellent job I recommend visiting and I sure will be making my way back there!

Honestly, our favorite everyday restaurant in BCS. Food is always great. If you ever have a problem, a messed up order, missing items, etc, the staff always makes it up to you, but even then, that is a rare occurrence amd usually only if it's a takeout/delivery order.
The only gripe I have with this place is that there is never enough seating, but usually people clear out fast enough when they notice how busy it is that it isn't a huge issue most of the time.

Was so excited to see a Piada in College Station as ours in Vintage closed. The garlic doughs are the best (and farmers market salad). Thank you to the fantastic staff that made it a wonderful welcome back to Piada!
