Terrible customer service at this location. They forgot the wings off my order then offered to credit me without including the tax.
Which makes no sense since they charged me tax!
The manager Sara refused to get on the phone.
I will not be ordering from this store again!
If you mess on a customer’s order you should redeliver ASAP or give a full refund!!!!
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Just WOW. We just received an order from the College Station location at 3800 State Hwy 6. The order was wrong, missing a $22 order of wings, so I immediately called and spoke with the manager, Brandy, who was absolutely NO help.
