Both times I've gone, the sweet tea machine doesn't work. Chicken skin is not crispy. Just not good...

Do not buy from this location! Every time I ordered food there are missing items. Long wait time and bad services are usual.

Waited 20 minutes for a simple 3 piece tenders. It's 3pm and it's not even busy. There's like 6-7 employees. I'm pretty sure the person wearing the Prada jacket is a manager and they were literally not helping at all. That manager kept leaving to go outside. Terrible service.

I usually don’t do reviews for a fast food places because I know how busy and crazy it can get but this is one of the worst Popeyes I have been to. They have been messing up my orders frequently! Today, I’ve finally had it because I ordered a 3 piece dark meat with fries and a frozen mango lemonade and it was all wrong! First of all, they didn’t have the frozen lemonade then they even had an attitude about it. Secondly, I received 2 pieces of breast meat when I specifically ordered 3 pieces of dark meat!! I called the store and at first the manager had an attitude then I told I was going to call corporate and write a review then she started changing her tone . Overall, I wouldn’t order here. How do you take 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches, horrible service

Worst experience took over an hour on an online order did not give any updates or warning for how long it was going to take and then didn’t even have part of the order and was going to substitute with something we didn’t ask for. Never come here worst place to ever get food.

The food sucked. It took an hour for the food to be served. The soda machine wasn’t changed after we told them. They are rude. Communication sucked.

40 minutes before closing time on drive through they don't serve you if it's not mobile order.

Staff was polite but advertised hours are midnight closing, I showed up at 11:20 in the drive through and was told orders were not being taken. Seems like a case of cleaning up early to me.

worst Popeyes ever in my life and the night shift managers are very rude and they take forever EVERY TIME… to be from New Orleans and knowing the difference in services and experience this is a shame… something needs to be done!!!!!

Worst experience Ever the staff is rude with the exception of one young lady named Angela. We placed an online order for pickup after being in the ER for 7 hours, when we got there there was a strong Oder of weed and I believe 2 of the young men and one girl was extremely high, there employees were extremely rude and refused to put ice in our drinks because we ordered online and not in the store. We got the food home and items were missing the chicken we did get was old, we got 1/3 container of Mac and cheese that looked like some else ate it before we got it and the so called popcorn shrimp consisted of 2 maybe 3 shrimp and the crunchiest left in the fryer . We called and spoke with Angela who apologized and said she would leave our names so our order could be replaced and to bring in our receipt. When we went in we were told by 2 manager Alice and Kayla, that they were there when we ordered and the food was made correctly and “that’s how the shrimp come” when I informed them that I spoke with Angela the taller manager told me “Angela ain’t nobody, she don’t run shit here” I showed them the receipt and photos. And I was informed that they weren’t replacing anything and not to eat there anymore if it was so bad, and I won’t, I have never dealt with anything like this at the other Popeyes in Bryan/College station, the other stores have excellent customer service the food is fresh. This location is an embarrassment to College Station and The Popeyes brand.

I never like going to Popeyes because every Popeyes I’ve gone to has bad service. (Including this one) I waited in line the drive thru for 10Mins and not one wanted to take my order. This company will likely run out of business. What a waste of investment for the owner.
