I have mixed feelings (in-store dining experience): Pros: * The food was both very fresh and delicious. * The staff were friendly. * They carry my favorite chips (Zappos). Cons: * There is no parking lot or free parking for this restaurant. If you are not walking or biking, you will have to pay to park. The closest parking is about 8 paid spots at the corner, along the side street, IF they are available... There were no close handicap parking *that we could find*. (This may not be a con for some.) * The cost is not entirely unreasonable, but I feel that there are better options for me for what I spent. (~$40 for 2 people not including tip, so this may or may not be applicable to others.) Neutral: * Be aware they do not accept cash. It is card only.
Overall, for about the same amount of money, I am more likely to go elsewhere that is closer to my home and has a parking lot.

Right across the street from campus, it's an easy walk. I ordered the combo, where you get a "skinny" sandwich and a soup for $9.99. Even though it said "skinny" sandwich, it was larger than I thought and enough food. The place has big windows that let a lot of natural light in and was easily the most or one of the most clean food places near campus. Music was quiet and nice, the staff were kind, and the food was pretty good. Overall it was a great experience, would love to come back.

I’ve been coming to potbelly for awhile and my only complaint is that sometimes the lettuce they provide for their salads isn’t always fresh. Sometimes it’s wilted and a little gross. Also, when you place a mobile pick up order the food is almost never ready by the time the app says it will be. Those things aside, potbelly has a lot of great options on their menu and the indoor dining area is nice and welcoming.

Online order was told to be there at 6 pm at 6:11 I called and was told it had to be sent by door dash after checking i was told it was still there I finally got my delivery by 6:45 i wonder if i had not called how long would it have been good food but customer service lacked big time was giving coupons for free sandwiches on next visit bur i do not think there will be a next time.

I’ve been ordering here since the start of my freshmen year and I have to say, the accuracy, customer service, and quality that comes with my orders have always been top-notch.There was one time a long time ago that my order was a bit wrong and when I told them, they immediately apologized and worked quickly to fix my order.Overall, this Potbelly is truly a treat.
