Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Went here for lunch today, the person who took my order forgot to put in some of the condiments in the bag that I asked for when i was at the drive thru. So i decided to return to get some at the condiments bar but I was met with a very hostile and confronting lady thinking I was stealing, she told me to provide the order number/receipt (which i left at home). When I told them the situation they let me go, but the lady decided to follow me out and proceeded to call someone (perhaps the cops idk). I know its partially my fault for not double checking but I felt like they had no reason to be that hostile. The food was great but the service was terrible.

I had the sausage egg and cheese breakfast taco. It tasted very good. The mild hit sauce was just enough kick/spice to enhance the taco and not overwhelm it. The seating area was a bit loud from the music which echoed during our conversation.

Surprised to see a Rosas in CS, we had to stop and have breakfast there before we headed back home to west Texas. (My bf is more familiar than I so this was like a new experience). Upon arriving we were able to walk right up and order, the lady who took our order told me their potatoes and chorizo came with egg already in the taco since I was asking her to add some and when we got our order it had no egg. So my bf had to walk up and ask someone at the counter if they could add some. Which they said it did not automatically come with egg. She had seemed a little annoyed , I’m not sure if it was because of us or if she was already upset at something before we came in. Either way, we enjoyed our food everything tasted great. I love the atmosphere there but as big as it is, I’m not too sure how the whole concept of getting up for your food and looking for it at the counter would be if the place was actually full. I’d definitely try it again for lunch/dinner.

We are frequent customers and always have had a good experience but last night was truly exceptional. We came in ten minutes before closing after a long day of traveling and they cooked fresh fajita meat for us. They let us stay after they closed to eat and were so sweet to our kids. Thank you so much, Rosas for making our evening!

Really good tacos, if you are looking for a good taco.

Love their flour tortillas, fajitas and sopapillas.

The only part of the fajita platter that was warm was the tortillas. Everything else was cold. But at least they didn’t spin an iPad and ask for a tip.

I have found chunks of meat in my black bean bowl on multiple occasions. I understand this happens because the bean and meat containers are kept next to each other. However, a repeated apology is not enough. The restaurant needs to change how these ingredients are stored to prevent this from happening. I hope management takes steps to fix this layout issue.

I was expecting the food to have a bit more of a Mexican feel to it, but it was decent. Customer service fine. I don't have anything bad to say about the place.

Rosa’s cafe has been serving fast casual Tex Mex for over 40 years. The food is good quality at affordable prices and has a wide selection of options. It is certainly a top choice of mine when I am in Texas.

I ordered 2 beef tacos extra sour cream in the drive thru. It was ready super fast which I appreciate. I like that the have a drive thru. I've eaten inside before a few times with friends who pic the place. Their food is good for a quick dining experience. I would rate them better than Taco Bell, but it's not a Mexican food restaurant I would choose for great Mexican food.

Went for a family gathering for breakfast & it was so nice! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, & the customer service was great! We'll definitely be back! 👍🏼👍🏼
