Chinchy, disappointing Rosa's location. I ordered an enchilada plate, and spent $12.44 for it. I asked at the window if it came with tortilla chips, and Maria told me it didn't. I asked for some, and told her I didn't mind paying extra. She said it'd be $4.32. Then she said she couldn't just ring up chips- it'd have to be for an order of guacamole, or queso. A tiny, white paper bag of tortilla chips- which Taco Bueno even includes with dinners. I was thinking another dollar or two and would have gone with that. I gave up on the chips, and this was my first and last visit to this location. Good grief.

I walked in hungry and left stuffed. The fajita carbon plate was delicious and the tortillas are really something special. Price was about $15 a person.

I can't say enough good things about the food here. I come here every time I'm in College Station. It's like Taco Cabana with really good food.
