I ordered hot glazed donuts and they handed me some off the rack claiming that they were fresh. cold is not my idea of fresh. when I asked for hot ones again i was told ten minutes. it wasnt even 8 am. i know that the bakers are supposed to be baking fresh glazed until 9 am. ive worked at Shipley, I know the way things operate. this is just lazy employees
Always hot and fresh! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I take my kids there 2 a week before they start their school day
