After ordering $47 worth of food and drinks, the carhop literally dropped an entire drink carrier full of shakes in my lap. My brand new vehicle and my lap were covered in ice cream. After several requests, the shift leader finally came outside, while the car hop was "cleaning" sticky sugar and milk with dry paper towels, to inform me the carhop would be giving me $20 out of his cash wallet for compensation. In this pandemic when everyone else is lowering prices to help the consumer when some people are being laid off and not getting paid, Sonic discontinues their half price shakes after 8pm. This tells me that they don't value their customers. We got the shakes only because we promised our kids the shakes but I will never purchase anything from Sonic again because they don't care about people. Terrible Service 👎🏻 Drive Through Order completely Wrong . There was No Bacon (Missing) in the Sonic Double “ BACON “ Cheeseburger Custumer service is terrible. Order was Not Complete missing items .
