Over all a good place. Have had my fair share of things not being right or taking what feels like forever but still not a bad place. You can customize your drink exactly the way you want. I like to try crazy add-ons for my beverage so this us great for me. I like how they have specials, for instance right now I can get pretty good fries for only a dollar. Yum!!!
I’ve been ordering a Route 44 coke with light ice at happy hour for years. Now they are adding more ice even though i ask for easy ice so I started asking for no ice without an issue until yesterday. Usually it’s $1.79 but they charged me $2.11 and said it was their policy to charge more for no ice. It’s a small amount pay but nowhere does it state that policy, not on the menu or at the window.
I was a little disappointed today with Sonic. I got the popcorn chicken and it was so hard I couldn't chew it. I could tell it was not fresh and was left out after cooked and got hard. I had to throw it away. And I live a block away.
