I grew up on this place and it was always the best.

Sidenote: If you want a coconut smoothie they cant make it. If you ask for a pina calda without the pineapple flavor they cant do it. But they can make a pina calda smoothie.

So instead I got the $10 large smoothie strawberry , raspberry, blueberry and bananas.

It was mostly blended ice with a small amount of flavor. It wasn't sweet or fresh fruity tasting at all. There was no blended texture to the consistency of what fruit she did put in there.. it looked thin was not thick. It just tasted like something your kids blended and made at home. I walked out the mall and threw the entire cup in the trash.

The employee there was polite. She was the only one there. I felt sorry for her.

Their smoothies are wonderful! They have been since the early 80s, when the Mall opened and they were one of their first tenants. The business changed hands once, but their juices did not change.

They were fairly busy on a Saturday afternoon. The wait in line was maybe 5min. I ordered, paid and received my drink fairly quick. As always my drink was good.

I love love love this place I wish they would Branch out of the MALL !! Into nice shopping center way more convenient and I know it will be Great Business!!

I went here a couple months ago. I ask for a piña colada and strawberry smoothie.
However when I received it the piña colada tasted disgusting and spoiled, trust me I have tried before when it was spoiled (in a different establishment, not a smoothie place) so I immediately knew it was bad. I asked for it to be remade and I told them why, they reluctantly and annoyingly made my drink again but used the same mix and it tasted the same, I told them again they said sorry i don’t know how to help you, pick a better combination next time. Even though this is one of their best performing ones.. so they made me feel bad for “picking a bad combination even though it’s a top seller, and also like it was my fault? Even though all they had to do was take a whiff of the mix and it would’ve smelled sour. but whatever I learned my lesson not to go to this one and go the extra distance for the one inside the heb! I had the same drink there and guess what? Amazing!! Also the customer service is a 10/10 at the heb location as well! Always helpful if you have questions. So I love going to that one and recommend you do the same so you don’t waste your money and enjoy a delicious smoothie.

The young girl at the front checking us out, was very disrespectful and was making very rude comments about the customers in front of us and in back of, It was during closing time, and she kept laughing and cursing behind our back like a kid! It is very unprofessional and we will not be coming back here!! Multiple places in the mall Has stated how disrespectful and disgusting her attitude is! No one at the mall that works there Wants to go past them because of how mean and Insufferable she is! I hope she finds The help she needs!

The service was lacking. The little girl seemed put out that we were bothering her. She took forever to make two drinks while her counterpart took two separate orders AND made their drinks for them while we still waited.

That said, her lack of professionalism and speed was made up for when we got our drinks. They are delicious!

Got two drinks and total was supposed to be $16 something… how did I end up paying $19!! Guy at register didn’t know what he was doing and when I asked for receipt he gave me some else’s
I had 2 drinks 1 44oz and a regular didn’t add any extra flavors … I asked him to do $5 cash and rest on card he ended up charging me 2x on my card and still taking the $5
